This showroom offers both vintage and contemporary luxury goods for a more complete shopping experience, whereas our flagship shop with Ruby Lane which opened in 2006 will showcase only the vintage and antique items. Both shops promise to give you premiere service from our shop to your home.

Established in 2006, Melange-Art wants you to feel safe shopping with us and know that our inventory, whether it be designer clothing, jewelry, accessories or collectibles, we stand behind each and every item we sell. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us that we guarantee 100% Authenticity or we will refund you 110% of your purchase price.

All items must be paid with 48-hours. Personal checks must be received within 7-days. We offer a variety of payment method: pay pal, google checkout, credit cards, money order, Western Union, Bank, and Personal Check. (If you are sending a personal check you must wait for us to email you are full mailing address). All items valued over $200 will require signature receipt. Insurance is required on all purchases unless specifically waived. We also combine shipping whenever possible.

Terms: 5% earned on all purchases; 2% earned on each Customer Referral* purchase . Luxury reward credits can be accumulated and used on used on future purchases that are already deeply discounted. Accumulated luxury rewards are saved for two years from date enrollment or first purchase date. Deposited credits can be used toward gift certificates. International Shipping Policy:

We will gladly ship international depending on the item. Please note due to the size and weight of some merchandise not all items will be available for international shipping. Due to the recent USPS Rate Increase International Shipping Rates Have Gone Up, Please Don't Assume the Shipping Price, Email Us! The Declared Value Will Be the sales price with NO EXCEPTIONS. We are NOT Responsible For UPS and USPS Custom Import and Brokerage Fees. This is THE ONLY Method that we ship Via International so Please Do NOT e-mail us asking to Declare the Item as a Gift. Return Policy

We always try to provide as many detailed photos and description as possible. If you have a question please do not hesitate to ask. Never Assume. All Sales Are Final after 3-days.. Please understand sometimes things happen and you might feel an item is not as described, we are here to work with you if you are ever dissatisfied. Our continued goal is to have happy, satisfied customers that will look to shop with us again and tell their friends about us.

Some apparel may have small imperfections, which will be prominently noted on the listing. We will not accept items to be returned as "damaged" if the imperfection of a normal nature. Articles that have light marks that will be removed with washing, or loose beading or threads that are easily repaired, are not considered damaged; therefore, if you receive an item that you feel is not as described please contact us within 48-hrs of receipt to make arrangements for a return. Once return arrangements are made with Melange-Art the merchandise must be shipped and received within 7 days, Any merchandise received after this period will be denied. Please email us to obtain Authorization and a RMA #. Any item approved for Return after 3 days will not incur additional fees. Buyer is Responsible for Return Shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for inspecting the items within the appropriate time frame. All returns must be insured and professional packaged for a safe return shipping.

Clothing Guides for Measuring and Sizing

Standardized Measurement and Sizing Guides are provided for your convenience to assist you in taking your correct measurements. Clothing sizes vary according to designer and taking correct measurements are very important before ordering.

Our pre-owned (gently worn) garments are sold CLEANED or DRY-CLEANED for your convenience. Clothing that is marked "NWT" or "NWOT" are as received from the store and shipped as is. Clothing approved for a return must have the cleaning tag attached when sending back.
