Pair Oriental Sculptural Gilded Parrot Candlesticks Vintage Figural Carved Candlesticks with an Oriental flair: Attractive and decorative (opposite pairs) gilded sculptural Parrot Candlestick Holders with wide ornate scroll work pedestal bases. The exact material composition is not known but appears to be a cold cast process that has the appearance of gilded wood because of gilded antiqued exterior surface. These are quite lovely and would look fantastic on a mantel, side table or a centerpiece for your fine table . A signature hallmark of the artist is carved on the inside of the base. Dick HSIAO.
