We have expanded our inventory to include contemporary and modern jewelry and collectibles because of customer encouragement and interest in contemporary luxury goods and collectibles. Q. How Do I Assure a Proper Fit?

A. If you are uncertain as to your specific size or would like to take measurements, we offer an easy friendly "GUIDE" to assist you in determining your exact needs before ordering a garment. These two charts for sizing and measuring can be found by clicking on any clothing item and the charts will appear along with the photos of any garment list for sale. Measuring ahead will insure a proper fit and a happy transaction.

Q. Do You Combine Shipping?

A. Yes, we always combine shipping to save you money. For each additional item $1.50 us added if all items of similar weight. Otherwise, the heaviest item may well be able to include the smaller items with no cost.

Q. Are your Items Authentic?

A. Absolutely! We guarantee our designer luxury goods with a full "Money Back" if an item can be proven otherwise. We have a "No Tollerance" policy in our shop for replicas or reproduction.

Q. Do You Ship Internationally.

A. Yes, however, please contact us before ordering to determine shipping costs, or if there are any shipping limitations whether it be of a "value" or "Size" Our Custom Forms Specify exact costs of goods being shipped. Buyer is responsible for paying any and all fees once package is picked up from INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS.

Q. Will you mark my International purchases as "A Gift" for save on custom fees?

A. Important Notification to International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that I cannot control the amount of time your package remains in International Customs Offices. . Before ordering, please check with your country’s Customs office to determine what if any additional costs will be due at customs. Requesting a dealer to providing false information on Customs’ forms is against the law. Accordingly, I do not mark merchandise values below the actual value, nor do I mark packages as “gifts.” US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please refrain from asking me to lie on the Customs Forms, because I will not.

Q. Do you offer an "Installment or layaway" plan for your customers? What are the terms?

A. Yes, we most certainly do offer installment plans that can be applied to most of our inventory items. The TERMS are flexible and individually arranged according to each customer's personal desires and needs which is very important with today's economy. It is not uncommon for a designer purse or a lovely gold ring to be paid in 3 to 5 installments. JUST ASK!

Q. Do You Offer A Return Policy>,/p>

A. Yes, We offer returns when a customer feels that purchase was not as described and is apparently dissatisfied. We are a small independent shop and can not except returns at will as some of the big department stores do, but it is always our goal to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What Must Be Done? We ask that we be contacted within 48-hours that you wish to make a return and why. A full refund will be granted with no re-stocking fee once the item has been returned and is received back in the same condition that it was shipped. No refunds will be paid if item is shipped without contacting us and you have been give a RA#. When returning you must use the same carrier, and the item must be professionally packaged with proper wrappings, as when shipped. Returns must be insured. A full refund will be applied back to the account you used to make the purchase. If you paid via a personal check or other means of cash funds will be mailed to you. Refunds do not include any postage and insurance fees paid.
